Dispatch times for large milk orders are currently approx 2 weeks. Orders that contain small amounts of milk are being dispatched more quickly.

Meat orders are being dispatched in around 2 working days.

The Easter bank holiday will disrupt delivery of orders as the couriers are not operating on Friday 29th March and Monday 1st April. The last courier date for sending orders before Easter is 27th March.

Orders are sent via overnight courier for next day delivery. At peak times delivery may take up to 48 hours once dispatched. Please note that our packaging will keep the contents of the parcels cold for 48 hours.

Do not refuse a parcel otherwise this may affect your right to a replacement or refund.
